Who we are

The pilot is operated by CRCL FZE. For privacy questions or requests about your information in the app, email legal@letscrcl.com.

What this notice covers

It covers the invite-only app: the account you use to sign in, play, and contact support. Other legal pages in the app are still unpublished and are not part of this notice.

Information the app processes

Account details you save: email address, name, username, phone number, photo, and the country or city you choose to display.

A sign-in session so the app can keep you signed in.

Play records: which experiences you join and the scores from those sessions.

C's shown in the app. This pilot does not take card payments and does not pay out cash. A balance is for play inside the pilot.

Support messages you submit while signed in, including the subject and the text of the message, stored with that account.

Identity verification is not available in this pilot. The app does not ask you to upload identity documents.

Why

We use this information to run the pilot: sign-in, play, support, and requests you send us about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Companies that host and operate the app process it so the pilot can run.

How long we keep it

We keep account, play, and support information while the pilot account is open and while we still need a record of a request you sent. This notice does not set a fixed number of days for deletion.

Asking us to delete an account does not by itself erase it. See Settings → Account → Request account deletion, or email legal@letscrcl.com.
