What is CRCL?
CRCL is a premium fan platform where you play experiences tied to celebrities, projects, and live moments — and compete for exclusive access and rewards.
What are C's?
C's are CRCL credits. You use them to enter experiences, unlock helpers, and top up when you need more plays.
How do I join an experience?
Open a project, pick an experience, choose your star when needed, then tap Play. Entry costs C's unless noted otherwise.
How do I win?
Each experience explains how winners are chosen — usually leaderboard placement, cumulative score, or a raffle draw after you qualify.
What happens if I win?
Winners receive the access or reward described on the experience page. CRCL will guide confirmed winners through the available redemption steps.
Can I play more than once?
Depends on the experience. Some modes allow multiple attempts to improve your score; others lock after submission (e.g. Match Predictions).
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions grant monthly C's and perks. Manage your plan from Wallet → Manage Plan or Settings → Payment / Subscription.
How do refunds/payments work?
Payment and refund terms will be shown before paid services become available. Contact support from your CRCL account with billing questions.
How do I contact support?
Use Settings → Support to submit and track a ticket for account, billing, or experience issues.
